Disable meta data elements in adr-template

Jekyll build fails. This should fix it

Udpates just-the-docs from 0.5.0 to 0.10.0 - see https://github.com/just-the-docs/just-the-docs/blob/main/MIGRATION.md#migrating-and-upgrading for a guide (not thoroughly followed)

Mandatory checks
