Repository for analyses of the paper "Reproducible network changes occur in a mouse model of temporal lobe epilepsy but do not correlate with disease severity " (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nbd.2023.106382). The code is tested on Matlab R2018b and requires the following toolboxes:
