+[I am Wayne, and I am currently a Web3 industry researcher. For better research, I need to master English to communicate and exchange with more foreign project teams and bigwigs, so as to obtain more first-hand information and master the alpha of the industry.

+Currently, I am systematically training my speaking, reading and writing functions by preparing for the IELTS. I hope to take the IELTS in March and get a score of 7.5 or above in speaking.

+**共学节奏参考：**
+
+
+1.每天半小时 - 一小时雅思网课学习 ：21 天期间完成雅思口语 7节课（已经完成一节，还剩六节课，每节课 2 小时），穿插雅思听力、阅读和写作课程
+
+2.因为词汇是阅读和写作的重难点，所以也会每天记忆单词：每天 20个，将在“新东方雅思pro ”中的那四本词书，按照口语、听力、阅读、写作的顺序进行
+
+3.每周2 - 3次，每次 1小时 菲律宾外教一对一口语训练
+

+  - 英语音标发音有哪些值得注意的（易错的或难读的）？
+  - 英语听说读写哪个板块你比较擅长或者不擅长，基于自己情况制定学习计划，和大家交流的方向？

+  - Dictation：将自己听到的内容记下。
+  - Fix: 对照原句看看哪些听错了进行标记并总结，比如：是单词不认识、还是发音不熟悉、或是断句不正确、或是其它。
