increased program flexibility with a LibreRecall.conf file. The file will be ready for use and will be configurable when the installation is performed via the script, or editable with a simple text editor. If it breaks, just restart the installation and select "config LibreRecall".

A small update to make the program more functional.
- Now the text read by the OCR will be converted to lowercase to make it easier to search.
- Change to how screeshots are taken so that if one screenshot fails, the others will continue without problems
- fixed an issue where screenshots no longer worked after a system freeze
