Merge pull request #2 from Iainmon/cleanup

Includes many changes from my last day. I have worked on removing a lot of dead code, but more work needs to be done. I will get to this as soon as I can. Please see comments, and use https://github.com/Iainmon/ChAI/tree/intern-presentation-snapshot as a good benchmark.
