The new-ish base.version.info stuff is talked about here: https://guides.dataverse.org/en/6.4/developers/making-releases.html#bump-version-numbers-and-prepare-container-tags
gdcc/dataverse-ansible#386 hasn't been merged yet so I expect https://jenkins.dataverse.org/job/IQSS-Dataverse-Develop-PR/job/PR-11091/1/console to fail. After it has been merged, we can re-run the Jenkins job and API test should pass. Update: the Ansible PR was merged https://jenkins.dataverse.org/job/IQSS-Dataverse-Develop-PR/job/PR-11091/3/testReport/ is passing. API tests took 14 minutes to run.
