Description

  • Moves legend (scale bars) position to display over map
  • Expose parameter to display map layer selection in dropdown
    • Param controls_style, possible values dropdown (new default), list (old default)
  • fixes an issue where sometimes the map layer controls list would not render

TODO: handle multiple dropdowns to display multiple "layer groups"
