Papas 1.2.1 Patch release

• Improve CMake configuration
• Add C++ 17 support

new HCAL tuning

The CMS HCAL resolution is now the one of the CMS HCAL (was wrong before).
As a result, the jet resolution and response is now much closer to the one of CMS

Configurable detectors

• Provides new detector interface taking shared pointers to ecal, hcal, tracker and field as arguments
• Detectors and the ecal, hcal, tracker and field are parameterized
• Includes new CLIC-ILD detector
• Can be run and parameters changed from FCCSW (Gaudi)

Initial papas version - fix

• a few fixes for integration in FCCSW

Initial papas version

• Can be integrated in FCCSW 0.8.1
• This version should be syncrhonized with the python version of papas in terms of physics results, though the formatting of the sync printouts needs to be fixed.
