Workflow

Update version number in vce.spec and lib/VCE.pm
Create a pull request including the new version number in the commit subject
After all github checks pass merge into master
Run jenkins project VCEIntegration and verify all tests pass
Install lastSuccessful rpm on stage machine
Verify all manual tests pass
Deploy new rpm to internal and public repositories
