Improvements from the FoundingGIDE hackathon (https://founding-gide.eurobioimaging.eu/foundinggide-community-event-1-timetable/). These are (roughly) investigating producing the RO-Crate output from the OME2024-NGFF-Challenge directly from OMERO, though of course the Zarr data is not extracted.

  • support json-ld output
  • support (initial) ro-crate output
  • map terms into ro-crate
  • suppress key/value pairs if mapped
  • ignore unknown key/value pairs
  • fix pixel type URL
  • extract/deprecate wikidata terms
