The 3.0 series offers support to reduce GMOS Longslit in quicklook mode. "Quicklook" means that the results will likely be really close to publishable, ie. "science quality" but the software has not yet been fully vetted for science. Also, there are steps and features needed to reach science quality that are not yet available.
This series continues to provide science quality support for the reduction of imaging data from GMOS, NIRI, F2, GSAOI, and GNIRS.
Status: Released. A patch release is in the works.
The 3.1 series will be offering science quality support for the reduction of GMOS Longslit data. This will include additional corrections and processing over the 3.0 series and interactive tools to optimize the reduction of spectroscopic data.
This series continues to provide science quality support for the reduction of imaging data from GMOS, NIRI, F2, GSAOI, and GNIRS.
Status: Development completed. Current focus on the science verification.
The next phase will focus on near-infrared longslit reduction.
