feat: add nfc card reader support

PLEASE DO NOT MERGE, this is a proof of concept

How to test:

yarn dev
ngrok http 3000

you can use the public domain generated by ngrok in an android phone or terminal with nfc support (it supports bolt cards or cards with only Bech32 encoded url)

To be able to merge, this requires:

• Decide if we will use invoice description sent by the lnurl withdraw service
• handle errors properly (graphic design point of view)
• decide how to initialize card reader (button, icon, ...), check if it is supported and disable it for amount less invoices
