This PR sets up the
.githubfolder for CI and automation related taks.The initial implementation of
.github/workflows/tilt.yamlis copied from the oldchartsrepo and would need to be setup again once we come to a consensuses on what we need for the tilt setup.We also need to setup the following environment variables:
