I'm sure the turbine hatch deserves something better, or that the XL code can use a general cleanup as well, but it's so awkwardly coded that I simply refuse to work on it any further

follow up of #1699. this implements the new style turbine rendering for XL, industrial centrifuge and normal SC turbine
For some reason the texture wouldn't animate in dev env... but it works fine in fine pack
