First release

Distribution as a conda package that can be installed from source without any root admin right

Tested under Ubuntu LTS 22.04 and Ubuntu LTS 18

Should work without modifcations under WIndows and MacOS, and in general in any other x86 system where conda/mamba can be installed; but it has not been tested.
