Aim of Meeting: Discuss repository and base project set up

Main Points Discussed:

• Creating issue tracking conventions and labels.
• Discussing how base project will be set up (using things like create-react-app for frontend).
• Discussing wiki pages and coding conventions.
• Sorting out repository settings.

Aims for Next Meeting:

• Finish repository pages which issues have been created for.
• Create any issues we can think of and approve other users issues we think are good.
• Begin planning for the next design meeting where we begin planning the project structure.
