Server side rendering benchmarks

Time to render x-dash components with compatible runtimes. The runtimes currently included are:
Tests were run with Apache Bench.
* Usage of Hyperapp depends on the modification of higher-order components to accept children as a second argument rather than receiving them appended to props.
† The current release of the VHTML module has compatibility issues and is therefore not viable for production use without modifications.
As of 05/04/2018 based on 10,000 requests with a concurrency of 50 and HTTP keep-alive on. Run on a 2017 Macbook Pro with the following stats:
