Added Ty's preferred
quarto.ymltemplate. changed labeling structure of.ymltemplates ininstto simplify accessing them. Updatedinitialize_projectandfetch_quarto_templatesto takecolorargument. Default is set to "coffee" (Ty's color scheme).Consideration for the future: if we add templates for other organizations, we may need to modify handling of default color argument to vary by organization (probably default of NULL, use
is.null()to identify when color hasn't been specified and then set to organization-specific defaults.I like the current method for now, though, as it shows one available option, and the code is simpler..
