Bugs fixed:
- Fix removing a DQ for an absent team not restoring the team's ranking score
- Fix issues typing in start time for playoff matches
- Fix field numbers printed on playoff schedule
- Fix display of cards on printable scoresheet
- Improve error messaging on unsuccessful award import
