OIDC

The current implementation of the bearer tokens in Dataverse is experimental and it is not enabled by default. It is unstable and not fully compatible with oauth2-proxy. In this release it is replaced with the implementation from IQSS#10905 that improves the compatibility with the oauth2-proxy and can be used for the testing of libis/rdm-integration. It is experimental and not meant to be used in production. This release will be deleted once that Dataverse has a release with a fully working OIDC solution.
