Welcome to the EpiModelHIV-Template wiki! (WIP)

This template demonstrate how to conduct a full fledged Network Modeling Study of HIV, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia circulating in the population of MSM in the Atlanta Area. It is meant to serve as a working example as well as a scaffold for your own analysis.

These analyses are complex and involve local (on your own machine) computation as well as the use of High Performance Computing cluster (HPC). To ease your way in, we tried to standardize the processes as much as possible, indicating which part of the code you should modify to fit your own project and what you should keep as is. However, you can modify everything in the code as you see fit but we will be less able to help you when things go wrong.
