Version 1.0.2

This is a small release that mostly contains bug fixes

• Hid the download button when you run the app locally
• Added a version to the bottom of the page so users can see which version they're using.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the wallets from all fitting on a single page when printing on Windows
• Fixed a bug that caused the app toolbar to change names on start up
• Updated the ReadMe

• Updated Electron to the latest version
