Phenomics Labs advances innovation in controlled environment agriculture and phenomics. We have developed portable growing labs that are a perfect micro farm for conducting data driven tests and experiments. All variables of the environment are logged and monitored and this data can be used by data scientists for predictive phenotyping and machine learning. Time lapse imaging sensors capture each grow with computer vision and machine learning algorithms for data discovery.
You need to install Meteor first (if you haven't already).
Then, clone the repo and:
git clone https://github.com/EdwardKepler/PhenomicsLabs
cd PhenomicsLabs
meteor npm install
meteor --settings settings.jsonVisit http://localhost:3000 with your browser of choice; you should now have the application running.

This instance is fully capable of connecting devices, but for ease of demoing, there is a test script. In another terminal window run:
