Fully homomorphic encryption test
This test system takes HElib library and SEAL library as examples.
The version number of the HElib library is 1.0.0-beta0-Jan2019.
The version number of the Microsoft SEAL is 3.2.
Please install the above version and install qt with QCharts.
The project has been improving.
