Tested binaries of OCCReader Plugin

Pre-compiled OCCReader plugin. The matching ParaView version and tested system are specified in the file name.
For Linux binary, gcc-4.8.4 and cmake-2.8.12 are used for compilation.
For Windows, Visual Studio 2010 and cmake-2.8.11 are used.
