Allows the query planner to make better decisions, see https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/xfunc-volatility.html for details. Also cleanup metrics update tasks, as well as remove special handling of Shedlock for H2-based tests by converting them to use PostgreSQL instead. Signed-off-by: nscuro <[email protected]>
