Added buttons to add/delete/edit the affected Components #1060

Description

You now can add/edit and delete affected Components for Internal Vulns. This shows only for internal Vulns and those who can update the vuln.

@Gepardgame We don't usually backport enhancements since bugfix releases are only intended for fixing of defects. However, since this is just a tiny change, I think we can make an exception here. If you want, you could raise a PR into the 4.12.x branch to backport it now (cherry-picking should just work). Otherwise, I'll do it at a later point in time.
