First pass to process the get_mpls_lsp_information RPC call. Still need to test the options
Add test for pyez_get_mpls_lsp_info
Clarify xpath to lsp data
Add get_license_info

Handle the "show mpls lsp" CLI command and various options. Only the basic check has been tested.
The check can probably be refactored to break the RPC variations into their own module for simplicity. I have them grouped together here so someone can find the option(s) offered in the CLI command.
