The Index was compiled by Galen Buttitta, and the online Searchable Index Diachronica, which I am pulling from, was adapted by chri d. d.
The data contained in the data/ directory is all licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) 3.0 license.
