done now as soon as you cross the finish line on the last lap instead of after you click "rewards"

done now as soon as you cross the finish line on the last lap instead of after you click "rewards". Fixes an issue where dying or players leaving races would cause erroneous progression.
Tested that completing a race solo without dying progresses Low Deductible, Ten-Time Champion, Try, Try Again, Vertigo Loop Racemaster.
Tested that racing with 2 other people progresses the same missions.
