updated non-working URL link to another HTML book version found online (are there canonical versions? better resources?).
Added beginner guide, as many are looking to use the book to learn lisp and can use the help.

Should instructions on loading individual chapters be added?

Should the instructions to load the individual chapters be added?i.e.
To load chapter 3, execute
(in-package on-lisp.03)
You can then execute functions from that chapter, for example
(good-reverse '(1 2 3))
Use printf to see more about the function
(printf (good-reverse ))

The PDF file of the book available from Paul Graham's site isn't so great for reading on a screen. A version with smaller margins and the missing figures re-added can be found [here](http://www.lurklurk.org/onlisp/onlisp.html).

An online HTML version of the book, minus graphical figures, can be found [here](http://dunsmor.com/lisp/onlisp/onlisp.html).

The book index links are broken in this version, but the HTML book itself appears to be intact
