This PR changes the output of the validators from simple issue strings to
Issueobjects containingIssueIdentifiers. To that end, each validator's tests and implementation have been refactored.The
validate_onthologyfunctionality has intentionally been ignored as this and its tests need to be refactored/reimplemented in a future PR.
