Rename FEX_EX_ITEMS to SHOW_EX_ITEMS and FEX_OR_EX_ITEMS to EXCH_OR_EX_ITEMS, and extend them to work both with FunctionalExchange and ComponentExchange. Co-authored-by: Ernst Würger <[email protected]>
