During the summer lab at Internationales Begegnungszentrum St. Marienthal in Ostritz from August 12th to 17th 2019, organized by the DLR_School_Lab TU Dresden, we built a station for gathering weather and environmental data programmed in CircuitPython to support (micro-)plastics studies in Polish, German and Czech running waters.
This project is embedded into the fifth round of the citizen science project „Plastikpiraten“ of the Kieler Forschungswerkstatt.
