v0.4 Workshop Default Map

• Speeds up the process of changing map a bit.
• Supports both workshop map name (in your collection) or workshop mapid. (can be a map which isn't in your collection but keep in mind it will reload the map twice because there's no way in CSS to get workshop id yet)
• Config file path changed from ModuleDirectory to addons/counterstrikesharp/configs/WorkshopDefaultMap/WorkshopDefaultMap.json.
