Submit Report/Reviews Without Redirects

As of right now, any time a report or review is submitted you are redirected to the respective path (/report/, /review//). This could be done in JS to prevent a redirect, making it more smooth to use.

I think instead of using a form, this could be handled by making the post requests in js, and (for the review actions) deleting the removed report from the page on a successful response.
