How we will run spotless? looks like it should be integrated into github actions workflow

You can run ./gradlew spotlessCheck for checking styles and ./gradlew spotlessApply for formatting. spotlessCheck has been included in check task, and build is depending on check, they'll be executed both with ./gradlew build.
