Add RHEL 9 support for playbook to role conversion utility

Description:

Add RHEL 9 support for playbook to role conversion utility.

Rationale:

The current ansible_playbook_to_role.py utility does not support the RHEL 9 playbooks that are part of this repository.
This PR adds support for the RHEL 9 playbooks and supports the change for new repositories from master to main.
