Both Colemak-DH and Colemak-DHk has been added to Homebrew cask (Homebrew/homebrew-cask#187602) and can now use Homebrew to install the keyboard layout:

Adding the instruction inside this repository will let Homebrew user know that they can also install the layout using Homebrew.

Since this cask is basically download and move .bundle file to Keyboard Layouts (same as manual installation), I'm not sure should this instruction belong under the macOS/README.md or not.

Personally, I prefer it to be in the main README, as Homebrew user can install and try it right away without browsing through the manual installation instruction.
