Summary

Update the inspector/sidebar structure for Progress and Circle Block.

ℹ️ No new functionality has been added to the blocks.

⚠️ The changes are only for Inspector; anything else should not be affected: behavior or functionality.

1. Create a Progress and a Circle Block.
2. Test the functions from Inspector.
