This release brings changes to the wallet file format that invalidates the previous releases file. Users must re-import their private keys or create new wallets. Use the restore command after opening a wallet if you have pending teleports.

This release improves the user experience, overcomes some startup problems for some users, improves the ability to handle spotty RPC nodes, improves reliability of transaction sending and data fetching and on the development side improves our policies and procedures for testing and migrating network updates.

Changes include:

  • No more command line arguments. Commands are now menu driven.
  • Added ability to set a new or custom RPC with set-rpc
  • Added Gas level selection. View and set with gas
  • Support for slow mode restorations of wallets for spotty RPC nodes
  • Revamped fetching of network configurations. This fixes a DNS issue some users were experiencing.
  • Various minor fixes
  • Changes to make GUI development easier in the future.
