Removed nsProcess plugin
Made Jupiter extension checked by default
Adjusted Winpython VsCode path to the correct directory (t\vscode instead of t)
Adjusted path for git and fossil installation accordingly

This changes should allow to install Build123d and to use it seperately even if VsCode was previously installed with a full non portable installation.

The Winpython dot release is more than enough to install. As the additional packages for Build123d are installed by pip any necessary dependencies and downloads will be handled by pip.

Adjustment of necessary install size and new version number have been changed.

Productive stable feature release

This release includes all Visual Studio Code extensions , enhancements and features which make it a fully rounded and stable feature release.

Changes will most probably only come if I decide to incorporate a component based approach (which does not seem absolutely necessary as
of now), some bugs are found now that more users might try the installer or if I decide to upgrade the versions of python or Visual Studio Code.

Added more extensions and much more optionality
A readme/weblink to this github page which explains how to avoid the OCP startup bug
Stayed so far on the install drive c: --> Appdata is the clean solution but it is so deep in the directory structure that nobody will find it and not everybody will set a desktop link. Windows programm folder is not advised...
Added personal preferences for workspace, a desktop link etc ...
Code Snippets is not implemented yet

Next release will include more programs to install like git and fossil. Some more cleanup and input from more testers.
