Also compare template with input solar spectrum for solar simulation. Depends on completion of issue #2

temtest.pdf

Figure shows an example of very slow template convergence after 10 iterations.

Here is an example of a plot showing the evolution of the template as a function of iGrand iteration. This is for the simulated solar dataset (as shown in the plot titles). I just figured out how to make multi-page PDF plots in Python! I will produce one of these multi-page PDF files for each order. I chose to zoom in on the region around the deepest line (shaded in the top panel) for the bottom panel. Let me know if you have any suggestions for the plot.

@JeffValenti, any idea why the solar spectrum (column 4 of the .tem file) doesn't line up with the simulated data? I have been giving sysvel = 0.0 in the obslist and command line calls for iGrand.

Bump to test that @JeffValenti and @JayVB get e-mails when these issues are updated

This is done and added into driver.py so that the plots are made during an iGrand run.

Solar spectrum appears to be in vacuum wavelengths, while output template is in air wavelengths.

@JayVB: Lets fix column 4 in the .tem output file to match the wavelength scale of the output template.
