What's Changed

This new major release introduce the support of AWS IoT Core device in the portal.

By using the Portal with AWS IoT Core you will be able to manage :

  • Thing Types (via Device models)
  • Things and shadows (via the device management)
  • Greengrass deployments (via Edge Models)
  • Greengrass enrolment

Some features like LoRaWAN devices are not currently supported, this will be fixed in the next minor releases stay in touch.

Breaking changes

Note that by introducing AWS IoT Core support, we also introduce some new breaking changes :

  • Added Cloud provider selector in the configuration
  • Prefixing cloud provider specific settings
