This is a work-in-progress towards integrating CaPTk algorithms into the MITK framework.
CaPTk2 is developed and maintained by the Center for Biomedical Image Computing and Analytics (CBICA) at the University of Pennsylvania in collaboration with German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ).
- The software has been designed for research purposes only and has neither been reviewed nor approved for clinical use by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or by any other federal/state agency.
- This code (excluding dependent libraries) is governed by the license provided in https://www.med.upenn.edu/cbica/software-agreement.html unless otherwise specified.
- By using CaPTk2, you also agree to all required licenses as stated in the license file.
Since this integration is still a work in progress, we currently do not provide any binaries of CaPTk2 for any platform. If you are looking for CaPTk please go here.
However, you can download and build CaPTk2 from sources as per the build instructions in our developer guide.
For more information, please contact CBICA Software.
