Usable in disconnected env. Updated doc, version and generation.
- To collect submariner data use -s option. Various fixes and optimalizations - dryrun, ACM_CHANNEL...
…y and option -M for enforce MCE must-gather.
It is not neccesary to collect separate ACM and MCE images for latest m-g images of supported versions - MCE is a part of ACM now. Updated latest versions of ACM, 2.4 and 2.5 are EOL now, 2.6 will be EOL soon.
