Adds init scripts for Homebrew and then installs docker & docker-compose for MacOS.

This has not been tested, because I don't have a mac!

I'd rather keep all scripting in the makefile to be consistent. There's already an init target in the makefile, this could be added there, with a check to see if MacOS is the OS... or to a new target called something like mac.
