Update site URLs to better support inventory results sharing and deep-linking

• Making the URLs less cryptic by moving many of the previous query parameters to URL path segments
  https://theevfinder.com/?y=2024&m=Ioniq%25205&z=90210&r=10 -> https://theevfinder.com/inventory/2024/hyundai/ioniq-5?zipcode=90210&radius=10

• Enabling easier sharing of specific inventory searches

• Providing a better homepage experience when deep linking to a specific vehicle

• Adding dynamic page titles and descriptions for each vehicle

• Refactor the URL paths used across the site by @Ben-Chapman in #115
