Changes in order to activate features (like DEx, metaDEx, Create tokens) using multisig address of 2 to 2. There's a new functional test in order to check the activations.
Other changes: fHelp flag added to rpcs, consensushash is activated (consensushash contains the hash needed in order to compare each blockhash to checkpoints), and other few small modifications are included.
