Cumulus Pegasus
Cumulus is a cloud-native pipeline that is extremely fast, serves many modalities, and performs downstream analyses like clustering, differential expression, and more. Pegasus is an underlying library that is used by Cumulus to perform much of the underlying analysis. Both the pipeline (Cumulus) and the underlying toolset (Pegasus) are made available to you for your use.
Using Cumulus in the Terra Cloud Computing Environment
- Cumulus is installed in Terra, please go to this Featured Workspace.
- To use the workspace you will need to log in, set-up billing, and clone the workspace. The featured workspace will guide you through using the pipeline to replicate published data analysis.
- Additional documentation is found here.
Using Cumulus outside of the Terra Cloud Computing Environment
- WDLs can be ran outside of Terra using the Cromwell and miniWDL execution engines.
- Cromwell documentation can be found here, GitHub.
- miniWDL documentation can be found here.
In case you would like to leverage Pegasus for your own scripting needs or to develop customer pipelines, we also make Pegasus available as a command-line tool.
